Delta’s mission is to bring international standards and professional approach to emerging markets and provide high quality service standards with its customers which they are accustomed to. Delta adopted continuous development as a business principle and continued its business activities through investing not only in technology and infrastructure, but also in human resources and systems. Delta’s storage facility is in conformity with principal standards such as API (American Petroleum Institute) and NFPA, and possesses the ISPS certificate. Therefore, Delta is an oil storage company which is continuously preferred by oil majors which have been our customers for years. Storage facilities in emerging markets are not yet in a position to meet international quality standards. Yet, Delta operates one of the first terminals in Ceyhan that is entitled to be an ISPS certificate holder. Delta is in conformity with HES (Health, Environment, Safety) standards as well.


Delta has developed awareness of its social responsibilities in its corporate culture and therefore adopts and implements innovative and environment-friendly technologies as part of its quality policy. In this sense, Delta, Ceyhan terminal and general directorate building received OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008 certificates in 2008 and were renewed in 2011 following the re-certification inspection carried out by an independent audit company. In addition to all these above mentioned certificates, Delta also complies with the environment, health, social development, and quality criteria of the IFC within the scope of the investment loan granted by the IFC.
